Authors are invited to submit an abstract to be presented as poster presentation by December 08, 2020

Please follow carefully the online submission procedure. The online system requires: full details of the corresponding author, full list of authors with complete affiliation (Institute, Department, City, Counry, email).

For the abstract compilation please refer to the template given and please note that:

Abstracts should be written in English in a Word file to be uploaded online.

Figures are not allowed.

Sizes :
Margins: top cm. 2,50, lower cm. 2,50, right and left cm 2,50
Font: abstract text (Times New Roman 12)
Lenght: no more than 500 words, 1 page

PLEASE DO NOT TYPE AUTHORS’ NAMES AND AFFILIATION IN THE WORD FILE.

THE SYSTEM WILL RECORD THEM AUTOMATICALLY IN THE DATABASE. PLEASE BE ACCURATE WHEN YOU FILL IN THE AUTHORS’ LIST IN THE CORRESPONDING FIELDS OF THE ONLINE SYSTEM AS THEY WILL APPEAR ON OFFICIAL LIST AND DOCUMENTS EXACTLY AS TYPED ON THE FORM !!

The online procedure requires to select the preference for the topics of presentation, however the final decision about the Session will be made by the Scientific Committee upon final acceptance of the abstract.

After entering the online form and sending the abstract, the corresponding author will receive by email the confirmation of submission, together with a username and a password. Authors can login anytime into the abstract submission system and make all changes to the abstract, till the deadline for the abstract submission. Please keep memory of username and password as they will be needed to upload the full paper at a later stage.

Notification for the abstract acceptance will be sent by email by January 15th, 2021.

Authors with accepted abstracts will be requested to prepare a full paper to be submitted by March 15th, 2021.
