INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS

Authors with an accepted abstract are now requested to submit the following documents by March 15, 2021:

Full paper

Poster

Short description of your presentation

Full Papers as PDF file
(no more than 4GB) according to the following template
Please indicate the full list of Authors and do not forget to underline the Presenting Author.

How to upload your full paper

Please click on the button below to reenter the system.

• Type your username (FAMILY NAME) and PIN (the one received when submitting the abstract) in the “Full paper submission and status check” window at the right side of the screen. If you have lost your PIN please contact us.

• Enter and select “Submit Full Paper”.

• Choose the option “I wish to submit a new document”, and proceed to upload.

• Please don’t forget to “Save”.

N.B.: Once in the system please update either the Authors’ data and the title of the full paper, if different from the abstract ones, expanding the related sections through the “+ button”.

All lists of authors and titles will be detected by the system fields and not by the full paper, so make sure they are correct.

Poster 

Please send your Poster in PDF file in A0 format 

A short description of your presentation content in a Word File saved as HTML maximum 500 characters spaces included (optional).

Please rename both documents with the ID number assigned to your abstract or with your Family Name and send them by email to: acanfora@mcmcongressi.it by March 15, 2021

Please note that all the above documents will be uploaded on the Virtual Platform and will be downloadable.

Failure to send the documents on time will lead to the possibility that they will not be uploaded to the platform.

Registration of the Presenting Author

The Presenting Author should be regularly registered for the Meeting.

Each Author is entitled to the presentation of 1 poster only.

Please note that the Presenting Author should be registered by March 5 to include his/her presentation into the program and on the platform.

We have reserved a dedicated access to the registration link to the Presenting Author. His/her registration will be managed through the paper submission page to avoid to retype all personal details. For any further information please refer to the registration page of this website.

Awards

The best poster, as selected by the Scientific Committee, will be awarded during the Conference.
